# Credit History

The **Credit History** page is a statement of every credit transaction on your account - every purchase, every credit spent on ticket sales, emails, waitlists and so on. Think of it as a bank statement for your Snappy credits.

To open it click **Credit History** in the [Dashboard](/event-dashboard/) sidebar. Unlike most dashboard pages it stays available even when your balance is negative, so you can always check where your credits went.

#### The Statement Table

Each row is one transaction, newest first:

- **Date/Time** - when the transaction happened
- **Event** - the event it relates to, if any
- **Order ID** - the order it relates to, if any
- **Transaction Type** - what the credit was for (see below)
- **Amount** - credits added (+) or spent (-)
- **Balance** - your credit balance after that transaction

Rows where your balance went negative are highlighted in red.

#### Filtering the Statement

Use the filters above the table to narrow down what is shown, then click **Apply Filters** (**Reset** clears them all):

- **Start / End Date-Time** - only show transactions between two dates
- **Month** and **Year** - quick filters, eg everything from last March
- **Transaction Type** - show only one kind of transaction, eg just Email Credits
- **Event** - show only transactions for one of your events
- **Rows per page** - show 20, 50 or 100 rows at a time, with Previous/Next page links underneath the table

#### Transaction Types

The type tells you where each credit movement came from:

- **Purchase Credits** - credits you bought
- **New User Credits** - the free credits you were given when you signed up
- **Referral Credits** - free credits earned by referring someone
- **Bonus Credits** - free credits added as a bonus
- **Event Credits** - credits spent on ticket sales for an event
- **Email Credits** - credits spent sending [mass emails](/docs/event-emails/) to attendees
- **Waitlist Credits** - credits spent on [waitlist](/docs/event-waitlist/) registrations
- **Seating Credits** - credits spent on seating features
- **Transfer Credits** - credits related to transferred attendees
- **Negative Credits** - the extra charge applied for spending credits while your balance is negative
- **Admin entries** - adjustments made by Snappy support

Remember that tickets on a **Credit FREE event** don't cost you anything, so those events won't appear here.
