We will gather together in a beautiful woodland to dance around the fire & amongst the trees to a carefully curated wave of music. This is an invitation to take a break from the busy thinking mind and discover the joy, depth & freedom held in the body. It is widely recognised that dancing & spending time in nature supports the nervous system to relax & regulate. This evening combines the two, offering & supporting an opportunity to connect with yourself in a different way.
After the dance there will be time to relax around the fire together, sharing songs, poetry, stories or simply enjoy the moment.
