As well as the usual things like name and email, you can also create Dropdown, radio, checkbox, date fields etc.Each input can also be dependent on other inputs, for example if you tick ‘Yes’ to the question in this event about ‘Do you Sing?’, further options will then come up. To do this enable the show dependencies for that question then select the field you want to link to.You can place multiple questions in the same row. To do this, just drag the elements in between the START and END blocks.[block 1 here][block 2 here]  In this example, block1 and block2 will appear on the same line.
