DESCRIPTION:Join Christine and Una for this nourishing half day retreat for women; full of restorative movement and harmonising song.Through the 5Rhythms dance lead by Christine, we will ground ourselves, energise, shake out old tensions, and lift our spirits. The dance will end with a restful guided meditation.Songs with Soul lead by Una, will be sung by candle-light, awakening our voices in easy harmony, bringing a special connection as the group merges into one beautiful sound, filling us up with positive vibrations.  Chai tea and seasonal nibbles will be served.  No experience in singing or dancing necessary.  The event is for anyone who identifies as a woman.
