DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an afternoon of nourishing group singing followed by time to unwind in the beautiful facilities of Chill at the Yard.  This women’s mini retreat includes:one hour of group harmony singing led by Sally from Singing Mamas Cambridgeshiretwo hours access to wood fired Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, and Ice BathsAfternoon refreshmentsNo experience of group singing is required to join this retreat.  We will sing simple rounds and harmony songs taught by ear.  There will be no solos, no pressure and all our voices will be blended together.  Singing is proven to have many benefits for well-being including producing endorphins, reducing cortisol, improving breathing, posture and cognitive function.  This retreat will provide a fun opportunity to explore your voice in a playful and relaxing environment.
