SUMMARY:Summer Solstice Sing 2026
DESCRIPTION:Come and join Roxane Smith and Katy Bennett for a weekend of gorgeous harmony singing and even more gorgeous nature. We’ll be singing in a lovely barn, or in the fields or by the river. You are welcome to camp, bring a campervan or join in with all the singing and be non-residential, stay in a bell tent, or air bnb.The field is set in a stunning location and the Barn will keep us dry if it rains and cool if its sunny and hot. It also has lovely acoustics.♥ FACILITESThe campsite has excellent facilities, kitchen, showers, loos etc and there is even a river running by the field that has an excellent dipping pool …dipping is of course ‘optional!!’Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please contact me and or book a ticket for your dog so we don’t have too many! Also we ask that the dogs don’t interfere with the singing in any way.♥ WHAT’S THE PLANWe will arrive from 5.00 pm on Friday night and there will be a bit of singing after supper.Saturday singing will start at 10.30 am and finish at 4.30 pm and there will be plenty of tea breaks and a lunch break.In the evening we are going to create a ♥SOLSTICE FEAST  ♥ together. This will be based on the ‘Georgian Feast’ or ‘Supra’ where there are toasts based on a wide range of themes and then a song (or two).
