Join the team at ‘From the Land’ to create a sustainable spring wreath, using willow and flowers grown on site: an 8 acre organic smallholding on the edge of Bath. The finished wreaths are a lovely way to bring the fresh new growth of spring into your home.

What you’ll get:

– Expert guidance to create your own willow wreath base, cover it with moss and decorate it with spring flowers. All materials for the wreath will be provided.

– Hot drinks available throughout the day and lunch will be provided – please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

– The chance to relax peaceful location, with the opportunity to explore the site at lunchtime, and take in the mature tree avenue, stream, flower gardens and views over the valleys.

– The workshop space in a cosy, renovated barn, where you can enjoy getting creative in a bright and friendly atmosphere.

Perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike, we aim for you to leave the workshop, not only with a sustainable spring wreath, but also having learnt new techniques that you will feel confident using time and again.

Price: £40 per person (although if you have the resources to support us further, a £50 ticket is also available). We want to make our workshops more inclusive so a bursary ticket of £25 is also available – please email us about this.

Accessing the site:

We encourage attendees to arrive on site in as planet-friendly manner as possible, e.g. by bus, by bike or on foot (directions will be provided). Alternatively, as parking is very limited, we will be providing transportation from Whiteways Road. Please contact us before booking to discuss any specific needs.
