SING FOR WATER ABERYSTWYTH

DATE – SATURDAY OCTOBER 14^TH, ABERYSTWYTH BANDSTAND, 9.30 TO 4.30. SING FOR WATER. This is to raise money for WATERAID, a charity that provides clean water to communities that do not have safe and clean water.

Many of you have been involved in Sing For Water in previous years, in London, in Leicester, in Cardiff or in Shrewsbury. This year London and Cardiff have not managed to obtain their funding and so the organisers have suggested we do something locally. So I have decided to put one together in Aberystwyth.

It will be an all-day event, based in the bandstand on the Promenade at Aberystwyth. I have hired the bandstand from 9 am to 5pm. We will also have the use of the covered space outside the bandstand. Money will be collected from singers and members of the public through one central JustGiving Page for all donations. PLEASE PUT A MESSAGE WITH ABERYSTWYTH ON IT SO WE KNOW WHAT WE HAVE RAISED. We will also have collecting buckets on the day.
