The sliding scale is for you to decide as you see fit, I don’t need to see any proof and you don’t need to ask me if paying less is ok. You know what you can afford and what you think choir is worth. Your payment goes towards the space hire, buying songs, my time during sessions but also my planning, prep, arranging, conducting (most) concerts, my self-employment, ie, tax etc.
