You are invited to join me on a beautiful retreat in beautiful Donegal for a special co-created event.

Cruinniú Ealaíonta means Creative Gatherings in English.

We will be a total of 15 women coming to share our precious time together.  We invite in our laughter, joy, tears and of course our creativity!

My hope and intention is that the Cruinniú Ealaíonta is a weekend that allows us to listen to ourselves and others in a way that we rarely get to; to respond to our creative selves and to nourish and care deeply for ourselves and each other.

We do this by taking the usual ‘over-scheduling mindset’ and throwing it out the window.  Instead, we create from the minute we arrive.  We create an organic list of what we can offer amongst ourselves.  This process invites each and every one of us to fully be present in the group.  Magic ensues.

Food is not offered as part of the weekend, instead, we co-create the food too.  You are invited to bring what you like to eat for breakfast and lunch and bring a contribution to dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, e.g. a salad dish or a side.  More information will be sent about this closer to the time.
