Booking Terms and Conditions       

I am delighted to welcome you to this singing event.  To ensure that the experience is a positive one for everyone, please agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation /Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable.  You can however transfer the ticket to another singer.

As the event organiser, I, Una McCann reserve the right to cancel the event at any time.  In this case you will be entitled to a full refund.

My Responsibility to You

1) I promise to ensure that the arrangements that I have agreed to perform or provide as part of the contract with you are performed or provided with reasonable skill and care.

2) I will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss of possessions or enjoyment, damage, expense, cost or of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:

• The act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected
• The act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of the event and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable
• Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

3) I do not accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of the event.   

Unacceptable Behaviour

I reserve the right to request that an individual leaves the event if their behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate or unacceptable.  This is at my discretion and all related charges will be non-refundable.

Photography

By agreeing to these T&C you are giving your consent for any images or recordings made during the event to be used freely and without payment in promotional and publicity material by Una McCann.  Please make me aware if you do not wish to be videoed/ photographed.

Video and sound Recordings

Video and sound recordings by attendees of the event are not permitted during sessions although participants are welcome to take still photographs with the permission of the other participants.

Amendments

I reserve the right to change details of the advertised programme where this is unavoidable.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Northern Ireland.
