An exciting opportunity to sing folk and contemporary songs from Britain and around the world, as well as Anna’s own self-penned songs, all in luscious harmony, in a fun, relaxed workshop. Anna will get you singing and smiling in minutes!
Anna is a talented composer, choir conductor, singer and multi-instrumentalist based in West Sussex. She is well-known in the choral world for her socially conscious songwriting. In 2020 she wrote Harbour in support of refugees. Since then the song has been sung by choirs and singers all around the world and recently featured on the BBC drama Juice.
Anna has performed as a folk-singer and fiddler since she was a teenager. She has been an active musician on the folk scene for over twenty years and currently performs both as a folk singer-songwriter and as part of a cappella quartet Oaken.
