Hedgerow Gathering Walks in beautiful Cotswolds

Song, music, dance, walks, talks, exploration, enjoyment. Hedgerow Gathering brings a small slice of the magical energy of the Green Fields of Glastonbury festival set into the beautiful Cotswold landscape. With some of its teachers, healers and musicians, and us all bring the inspiring creative spirit , gentle joy, good fun, high energy antics and deep peace. Connect deeply to nature, a moment to escape from the modern world, rejuvenate and build community.

Arrivals are on the first day Friday 8th August from noon.
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the start of the gathering. No refunds after this two day cutoff.
We have a no visitors policy. Those giving lifts must depart on the same day. Pick up from the main camping field is only allowed on the Leaving Day Monday 11th August.
Please stay for at least 2 days to allow yourself a chance to get into the Hedgerow vibe (email administrator if you would like the opportunity to come earlier - the daily camping rate of £10 will apply.)
The site has basic facilities and uneven ground and may not be suitable for all mobility and accessibility needs.
Let us be discrete with our pleasures and habits, careful not to disturb the vibe of the hedgerow community and the faerie folk. Alcohol may be consumed in moderation and only by those over the age of 18 years old. Illegal drugs are prohibited please make sure your teenagers are aware of this.
The named responsible adult is responsible for their children and / or teenagers at all times and for ensuring they are adhering to the camp rules and ethos.
Please try to leave your dogs at home unless they are a guide dog but if you absolutely need to bring them please email the administrator for guidance. Limited spaces.
Evenings for music, song, fires, ceremony, chat and night walks. Arranged so night owls do not disturb those desiring peace and quiet and sleep. No amplified noise after 11 pm.
There is no use of mobile phones or other devices within sight or hearing of others. There are no charging facilities on camp
All non recyclable waste must be taken home at the end of the camp
All cars must be removed to the car park (empty horse field) for the duration of the camp. Cars are left at the owner's risk.
We encourage all those who can, to camp in a tent. If you want to bring a camper van or caravan please email the administrator for guidance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Hedgerow Gathering.
Please assess your need for insurance and cover yourself accordingly. The camp does not provide individual cover for participants.
Hedgerow Gathering is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or expenses incurred to camp participants.
It is to be understood that we all attend as friends, no one is paid a part from the campsite owner & suppliers of equipment porta-loos etc. we all take personal responsibility for our well being.
