Creative Croydon is holding two Nature based Fun Palaces in Croydon, sessions where adults can come to share skills and have new creative experiences while enjoying nature. Free funded by National Lottery heritage fund.

5.30 Twilight Parkbathe session – sense based mindful approach to urban Forest bathing. Part of a citizen science project. Anyone can enjoy this. ‘Parkbathes’ are a slow, silent stroll through urban spaces, getting into our senses and out of our heads. The ParkBathe citizen science study saw a 40% reduction in anxiety so come and enjoy nature connection and de-stress with a friendly group

6.30 Candlelight stories, poems and songs, with warm apple juice, or tea.
