Join me for a unique outdoor Soundbath experience. Just kick back, relax, and soak in the view as the skylarks and gongs sing in harmony.
Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you contemplate and chill.

Where: Truleigh Centre, Truleigh Hill, Shoreham by sea, West Sussex

When: 7 PM – 8 PM (Please arrive by 6:45 PM to park and set up your cozy spot!)

Cost: £15 per person

What to Bring for Your “Nest”:
The most important thing is to be warm and comfy! Bring whatever you need to achieve this. I suggest:
* Soft mat to lie on (sunbed cushions or camping mats are perfect!)
* Blankets
* Pillows
* Comfy layers
* Sunglasses/eye masks (if you wish)
* A drink

What to Expect:
This is an immersion in the healing frequencies of singing bowls and gongs & percussion – no water involved! Just pure, blissful sound.

Important Information:
Gong baths are not recommended if you:
* Have a pacemaker
* Are in the first and last trimester of pregnancy
* Have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)
* Are sensitive to sound, including tinnitus and Meniere’s
* Experience some forms of epilepsy and seizures
* Have certain mental health issues
