Richard Trethewey Quartet – Ruan Lanihorne Church | |
Richard Trethewey will be performing in the most beautiful village of Ruan Lanihorne, in the church that witnessed Ruan Lanihorne Castle’s rise and fall over hundreds of years.
He will be playing acoustically (mostly!) and will be joined by Neal Jolly on Double Bass, whistles and vocals, Laura Garcia on Piano and vocals and Jamie Sterritt on Harp.
Did you know ‘Ruan Lanihorne Castle’ was played on BBC Radio 3’s Night Tracks on the 3rd of June?! Come and hear it in the village made of the castle’s stone!
The audience will be treated to some of Richard’s films, hearing the album ‘Two Halves’ played live, as well as hearing a 10 minute talk on the history of Ruan Lanihorne Castle delivered by Ruan Lanihorne Church churchwarden David Hughes.
There will be a 30 minute interval with refreshments in aid of Ruan Lanihorne Church being served.
Parking will be arranged next to the church in a privately owned field.
