Come and join us for a day of singing, Mindful Movement (yoga) , Harmonising, and stretching.
WHAT!
You will be led by Roxane and Jackie (Smith and Jones) and you will have an opportunity to spend some time exploring the inter-relationship of the voice and the body. We will also have plenty of time for singing!

Roxane has been shared the joy of singing in harmony with thousands of people over the years. The songs are taught in an informal, upbeat and encouraging style. LUNCH
We will all bring some food to share. This usually results in a lovely feast. Please think about the food being light….but we will do something that is helpful to digestion after food!
