Join Catherine for an exploration of attunement to sounds in nature, playing with, to and about them with natural objects, and your own instruments. Soothing nature chants will be offered and also we may create one together. 1 hour and 15 mins with free refreshment break at the end until 7.30.
The session will be followed by an optional FREE Parkbathe session to send you home rested and refreshed for the weekend.
Bring instruments, drinking water.
Meet 5.45 for 6 pm start, at the Hut in Whitehorse Road (WHRd) Recreation ground & community garden. Corner of Boulogne Rd and WHRd. There is a toilet there.
Suitable for : Adults and accompanied children who would be interested to participate. Accessible grounds.
Travel: Buses 50, 468 stop by the park. And 157, 75, 450 stop nearby, get off at Devonshire Road and walk to the large wood Legacy Zone Youth Project. The gate to the park is opposite this. Selhurst Station is the nearest then catch 75 or 157.
