Forage & Cook – with Charlotte Flower

Learn to forage with Charlotte Flower on our beautiful land on the edge of Bath. With Charlottes expert guidance you will identify plants and pick wild ingredients near and on the Land. This will be followed by a delicious shared lunch showcasing the bounty that has been collected, and prepared with the help of all attending.

Charlotte Flower has been creating delicious chocolates at her home on the banks of Loch Tay, Scotland since 2007, using foraged plants to flavour her award winning chocolates.

A keen botanist and forager, she also holds foraging workshops, lunches and grand dinners. Each year she challenges herself to live off solely foraged foods for up to 3 months! Charlotte spent her childhood in the Bath area and often visits her family here.

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements no less than 3 days before the workshop.

We encourage attendees to arrive on site in as planet-friendly manner as possible, e.g. by bus, by bike or on foot (directions will be provided). Alternatively, as parking is very limited, we can provide transportation from Whiteway Road. Please contact us before booking to discuss any specific needs.
