When logged into Snappy Tickets, you can find all your orders in the Account page. Hover over your name at the top right and select My Account. Your orders can be found in Your Orders

Where can I get an invoice for the credits I’ve bought
Does it cost credits to send an email to attendees?
Yes it does, it costs 1 credit for every 100 attendees you send a bulk email to. You can send en email via the Email Attendees action of the event in the dashboard.
What are credits for?
Credits are needed when you are running an event and need to sell tickets. It costs you one credit to sell a ticket over £2. Any tickets under this price is FREE.
You don’t need any credits to buy tickets through Snappy, you just pay the face value of the ticket.
Why is my event showing EXPIRED
Your event will show expired if it has passed the end date and time of the event. Check the end date and time of your event and look out for the time to ensure you have used the 24 hour format, eg 19:30 rather than 07:30.
If the dates and tiems are correct then check you haven’t set the event as expired in the dashboard. Click on the Expired status of the event and try changing it to Publish.
Why are some of my tickets SOLD OUT?
There are 3 things that will determine how many tickets you have left to sell. If you ticket appears as SOLD OUT then check these 3 things first.
- The overall ticket counts – this determines how many tickets overall you can sell and can override the individual ticket counts
- The individual ticket counts – how many of this ticket you have to sell
- Whether you have selected Share Ticket Quantities – this can change all the ticket counts of the shared tickets
