Meet Milo

This is Milo.

He was 14 years old — gloriously fluffy, fiercely opinionated about lap space, and the quiet heartbeat behind Snappy Tickets.

Milo wasn’t just a pet. He was a constant companion, a source of calm, and a little presence that made even the busiest days feel softer. Whether he was curled up nearby or demanding attention at exactly the wrong moment, he was always there.

Remembering Milo

Not long ago, Milo was diagnosed with diabetes. Jon (the human behind Snappy Tickets) did everything he could to keep him comfortable — from daily care to regular vet visits — making sure Milo could still enjoy the things he loved most: warm spots, gentle company, and peaceful naps.

As time went on, Milo slowed down. He could no longer jump or roam like he used to, but he never lost his character — or his place at the heart of things.

Recently, we had to say goodbye to him.

It’s hard to put into words what that loss means. Milo wasn’t just part of the story behind Snappy Tickets — he was part of its reason for existing.

His Legacy

Snappy Tickets helped support Milo during his final chapter, and in doing so became something more than just a ticketing platform. It became a small, human project built on care, connection, and doing something meaningful — even in a quiet way.

That spirit hasn’t gone anywhere.

Every event created, every ticket sold, every organiser who chooses Snappy Tickets continues to support something independent, personal, and built with heart — just as it always has been.
