Summer Solstice Soundbath on top of the downs & Sunset with optional camping and Sunrise walk

Join Emma @truleighcentre up on top the South Downs to honour the longest day of the year.
We’ll gather for a soul-soothing Soundbath, followed by an invitation to watch the sunset -feel free to bring a picnic and soak in the midsummer magic.

The Details:

• Soundbath & Sunset: £15 +£1 booking fee

• The Full Experience: £35 +£1 booking fee (Includes the Soundbath, sunset, overnight camping, and a guided sunrise walk).

• Sunrise Walk: £5 +£1 booking fee

A Note on Weather:

High summer can be unpredictable! If the clouds roll in, we’ll move the Soundbath inside the Truleigh Centre.

Inside space is limited,
The first 18 tickets booked will secure a guaranteed spot indoors if it rains. I’ll release more tickets as the forecast clears closer to the date.

What to Expect
This is an immersive session in sound, enhanced by the calming influence of the skylarks, rolling downs & nature surrounding us.

The most important thing is to be warm and comfy- I welcome you to bring along as many blankets, pillows, mats or sunbed cushions as you can! 😊

Important Information
Soundbaths may not be recommended if you:
* Have a pacemaker
* Are in the first or last trimester of pregnancy
* Have recently had surgery or have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)
* Are sensitive to sound, including tinnitus and Meniere’s
* Experience some forms of epilepsy and seizures
* Have certain mental health issues
