Meanwood Valley Farm

Meanwood Valley Urban Farm is a working farm, registered charity, and a major Centre for community and environmental work in Leeds. We are open seven days a week for the public to visit our animals, gardens and flourishing woodland.

Established in 1980 as a city farm, our goal is to reconnect urban people with their food.

From the Farm’s humble beginnings operating from two old caravans, it has grown into a 26 acre site. A locally popular attraction, we sell seasonal farm produce, run projects for schools and provide placements for adults with learning disabilities.
