Nevern Singing Walk
Join us for a singing walk in the beautiful village of Nevern – Led by Maya Waldman
We will take a gentle walk through the village stopping to sing as we go. We will sing easy-to-learn songs in harmony, celebrating nature and some special landmarks unique to the village. The songs and the walking will root us in the moment and awaken our senses to the world around us. No singing experience required. Everyone Welcome.
Monday 1st June 10.30am – 1.30pm
After parking we will gather outside St Brynach church at 10.40am

Bring water/ tea/ snacks/ picnic
The walk will go ahead whatever the weather, unless it is very wet/ windy so please bring sturdy shoes/ clothing/ waterproofs as appopriate.
If we have to cancel due to weather you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date to do the singing walk.

I currently run two local community choirs and guest teach for other groups, including the Carmarthen Stroke Survivors. My teaching style is playful and supportive. I am passionate about empowering people to feel safe and free making music and singing together.
I teach music from a broad collection of styles and origins, I love songs that make me feel connected to my body and the earth, I love the sense of utter joy and wonder that comes from creating harmonies together.
