Starting Off
We will be gathering in the main hall on the ground floor for a welcome and to start
off the day.
The day’s timetable will be displayed in the foyer. We’re keeping it all low-key, fairly
non-technical, human and all about connecting with each other.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
FAQ
Members of NVN will gather to sing, share and eat lunch.
Ticket holders will bring the songs and activities - please select the activity you wish to lead and tell us what it is by email so we can timetable the programme before the day and avoid any clashes!
There is plenty of parking but be sure to arrive early as Saturday can be busy in town. Google will show you lots of parking options, try to find one that lets you park all day!
Bring and share lunch. Bring some food and if you would like, bring some food to share! As long as you bring something you can eat, you won't go hungry. Be prepared to take any leftover food home with you in the container in which you brought it.
Yes, we will provide
Yes, completely. If you have specific needs please let us know and we will accommodate.
Please bring only songs you have the right to share. If you have written it, all the better! If it is your arrangement of someone else's song or words, please make sure you have sought permission for that. We will sing the song for the pleasure of it, and afterwards if we wish to use it with our choirs, we can all seek permission in the usual way.
We don't plan to record a la Annual Gathering, but if leaders are happy, phone recordings may be permitted on the day.
This is can be a discussion, a song share, or something useful such as a technique or activity (improv techniques? Straw work?) you have found useful and think we would too.
