Relax, Reset and Rejuvenate 🍂 🎃 with a unique Soundbath experience led by Emma at Truleigh Centre 🙏

This is an opportunity to create your perfect cozy spot and let the soothing, healing sounds wash over you as you unwind.

When: Sunday, 2nd November, 3 – 4.15 PM
Where: Truleigh Centre, Truleigh Hill, Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5FB
Investment: £16 per person + £1 booking fee
Parking: Available on site

A mat, pillow, & blanket are provided to get you started. However, you are welcome to bring anything else that will help to create a comfortable space
You might like:

* Loose, comfortable clothing to wear
* An eye mask to enhance your relaxation
* A drink (a water bottle is great)
* Extra pillows or blankets for added comfort

What to Expect
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and percussion. This is an afternoon of pure, blissful sound, enhanced by the calming influence of the surrounding downland, for a gentle connection to the outdoors. 

Important Information
Soundbaths may not be recommended if you:
* Have a pacemaker
* Are in the first or last trimester of pregnancy
* Have recently had surgery or have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)
* Are sensitive to sound, including tinnitus and Meniere’s
* Experience some forms of epilepsy and seizures
* Have certain mental health issues
