Spinning for beginners & improvers with Carina Coyle, master spinner from Ireland
March 21st & 22nd. 10am – 5pm
£100 a day

In a cozy barn on a hidden small-holding on the edge of Bath. Includes hearty home-cooked organic lunch, snacks & hot drinks.
Carina Coyne is a master spinner, expert in natural dying and weaver from a long line of Irish spinners, from Lock Na Fuee, a wild and beautiful valley north of Galway, where traditional crafts are thriving.
Carina’s teaching style brings confidence and practical skills to our own hands very fast, she has profound knowledge to share and does it with a light and humorous touch, putting us at ease and making learning new techniques fun. Culture, music, history sheep and wool, will all play their part as we spin together…..we have worked together in Ireland many times..We can’t wait to bring her to you here.
If you have your own wheel, bring it, if not we will provide.

We encourage attendees to arrive on site in as planet-friendly manner as possible, e.g. by bus, by bike or on foot (directions will be provided). Alternatively, as parking is very limited, we will be providing transportation from Whiteway Road. Please contact us before booking to discuss any specific needs.
