Valentine’s Day Harmony 5Rhythms and Song; a day retreat for women
Join Christine and Una for this nourishing day retreat for women; full of restorative movement and harmonising song.
Through the 5Rhythms dance lead by Christine, we will ground ourselves, energise, shake out old tensions, and lift our spirits. The dance will end with a restful guided meditation.
We will then enjoy a shared lunch together. We invite you to bring something to share. We will provide plates and cutlery. If you have particular food preferences, please bring your own lunch. Otherwise, we will enjoy a buffet style pot luck together.
After lunch, Una will lead, awakening our voices in easy harmony, bringing a special connection as the group merges into one beautiful sound, filling us up with positive vibrations.
No experience in singing or dancing necessary.
The event is for anyone who identifies as a woman.

Christine is a facilitator of Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms dance practice – creating classes & workshops in Northern Ireland & beyond. She invites dancers to still the mind by engaging the body in movement. More info coming soon 🙂
Una has worked as a musician all her adult life and has lead singing professionally for over 15 years. She is the Chair of the Natural Voice Network and loves nothing more than inviting our natural voices out to play. See www.naturalvoice.net for more information.

Una teaches her own compositions and other beautiful songs that she falls in love with to bring a group into harmony together. Every voice is welcome – especially shy singers, and people who think they can’t sing. Everyone is invited to come and be a part of beautiful harmony.
