Soundbath with Emma + optional Sauna, Shoreham by sea

Come and celebrate Beltane — the Greening — the peak of Spring and the return of the sun’s fire. ☀️🔥 💚

Relax and rejuvenate with a unique Soundbath experience led by Emma at Truleigh Centre. This is an opportunity to create your perfect cosy spot and let the soothing, healing sounds wash over you as you unwind.

• When: Saturday 2nd May, 2:30 pm – 3:45 pm

• Where: Truleigh Centre, Truleigh Hill, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5FB

• Investment: £15 per person (+ £1 booking fee)

• Parking: Available on-site

What to Expect

Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and percussion. This is a session of pure, blissful sound, enhanced by the calming influence of nature as we leave our doors open for a gentle connection to the outdoors.

Make it a Day: Pop-up Sauna 🌿

We are delighted to host a pop-up sauna on site in the morning too!

• Individual Sauna Slots: Hourly from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (£15).

• The Full Experience: Book our Sound & Sauna ticket (£30). This includes the 1:00 pm sauna slot followed by the 2:30 pm Soundbath. Only 8 tickets are available for this combined experience!
(Or if you would prefer an earlier sauna with a longer break for a picnic or walk, please let me know your preferred time via email)

Feel free to bring a picnic and find a spot to relax in the field between your sauna and the Soundbath.

For Your Comfort

A mat, pillow, and blanket are provided. To create your ultimate nest, you are encouraged to bring:

• Loose, comfortable layers

• An eye mask

• A water bottle

• Extra cushions or a favourite snuggly blanket

Important Information

Soundbaths may not be recommended if you:

• Have a pacemaker

• Are in the first or third trimester of pregnancy

• Have recently had surgery or have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)

• Are sensitive to sound (including tinnitus and Meniere’s)

• Experience certain forms of epilepsy or seizures

• Have specific mental health conditions
