Join Emma and Amanda up on Truleigh Hill to celebrate the peak of summer, align with the rhythm of the land, and allow yourself to slow right down and be nourished.

Together we’ll honour the season with time in nature, seasonal rituals, reflection, connection, and celebration.

Lúnasa is an ancient Celtic cross-quarter festival, a traditional pause on the Wheel of the Year that marks the threshold of the first harvest. It invites us to look back at what has grown in our lives, celebrate our inner abundance, and gather in a supportive community of women.

The Flow of the Day:

✨ Cacao & Circle Work: A heart-opening Cacao ceremony followed by oracle guidance, intention setting & cleansing release.

🌱 Earth Grounding & Nature Connection: We head outside for a mindful walk & earthing, connecting with the natural world around us.

🌾 Traditional Harvest Crafting: A gentle creative exercise allowing yourself the space to integrate & weave a meaningful handmade keepsake to take home.

🧘‍♀️ Solar Yoga & Restorative Nidra: Seasonal Yoga with added Nidra (an ancient guided relaxation technique)

🙌 Immersive Gong Journey: Let the sound wash over you, allowing the healing vibrations to integrate the day’s magic & settle your nervous system.

🙏 The Closing Circle: A final, gentle space of reflection and gratitude before stepping back into the world.

You are invited to stay after until 7.30 to relax and just soak it all in- no need to rush off

🕒 Time: 1:15pm – 7:00pm (with a gentle invitation to stay until 7:30pm to relax and soak it all in – there is absolutely no rush to leave)

💰 Investment: £85 +£1 booking fee (includes all activities, snacks, and tea)
