Join me as we weave sacred sound waves with the natural rhythms of the land around us.

This is your opportunity to settle into a perfect, cosy spot and let the healing vibrations wash over you – aligning with the current season, restoring your inner balance, and allowing you to deeply unwind and reconnect.

Parking: Available on site

A mat, pillow, & blanket are provided to get you started. However, you are welcome to bring anything else that will help to create a comfortable space

* Extra mats, pillows or blankets for added comfort

What to Expect
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and percussion. This is a session of pure, blissful sound, enhanced by the calming influence of the surrounding downland, for a gentle connection to the outdoors.

Important Information
Soundbaths may not be recommended if you:
* Have a pacemaker
* Are in the first or last trimester of pregnancy
* Have recently had surgery or have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)
* Are sensitive to sound, including tinnitus and Meniere’s
* Experience some forms of epilepsy and seizures
* Have certain mental health issues
