Together we’ll honour the season with time in nature, seasonal rituals, reflection, connection, and gentle appreciation.

Mabon is the ancient Celtic festival of the Autumn Equinox – a sacred time of balance when day and night are of equal length. It marks the threshold of the second harvest, inviting us to gather the fruits of our efforts, express deep gratitude for nature’s bounty, and gently turn our focus inward as the earth prepares for rest.

✨ Cacao & Circle Work: A heart-opening Cacao ceremony followed by reflection & other magic woven in.

🌱 Earth Grounding & Nature Connection: We head outside for a mindful walk & earthing, connecting with the changing autumn landscape and the natural world around us.

🙌 Seasonal Crafting: A mindful creative activity allowing yourself the space to unwind & make a meaningful handmade keepsake infused with the intentions of the day.

🙌 Immersive Gong Journey: Let the resonant sound wash over you, allowing the deep healing vibrations to integrate the day’s magic, balance your energy, & settle your nervous system.

🙏 The Closing Circle: A final, gentle space of reflection, autumnal warmth, and gratitude before stepping back into the world.
You are invited to stay after until 7:30pm to relax and just soak it all in – no need to rush off.

💰 Investment: £75 + £1 booking fee (includes all activities, snacks, and tea)
