Organizers
An Organizer is the public-facing identity shown on your events – the name, logo, description and contact details that tell visitors who is running the event. You can create as many organizers as you like and reuse them across events, which is handy if you run events under different brands or for different clubs.
To manage them click Organizers in the Dashboard sidebar.
The Organizers List #
The page lists all your organizers:
- Organizer name – the logo and name; click the name to see the public organizer page
- Details – the organizer’s email address plus links to their Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube, if set
- Events – how many events use this organizer; hover the number to see which ones
- Action – Edit, Duplicate and Delete

Adding an Organizer #
You probably already have one – when you signed up an organizer was created automatically in your name with your email address, so most people never need to create one. If you do want another (eg for a different brand or club) click the + button at the top right of the list. You can also add one while editing an event – in the event editor the Organizer field has an “add them here” link that opens a popup so you don’t have to leave the page.
The automatically-created organizer just has placeholder text for its description, so it’s worth clicking Edit and filling in a proper description, country and logo.
You may also want to create a second organizer in your own name but with a different email address. The organizer email is shown publicly on your event pages, so this keeps it separate from your account email, which you may prefer to keep private.
Editing an Organizer #
Click Edit in the Action column to open the organizer form. The fields are:
- Organizer name – shown as the “by…” line on your events (required)
- Logo – an image shown with the organizer on the event page (jpg, gif or png)
- Organizer Description – a rich-text description shown on the event page and the organizer’s own page (required)
- Organizer Country – where the organizer is based (required)
- Organizer Email – see below (required)
- Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter – optional links shown as icons on the event page

Save your changes and they apply everywhere the organizer is used straight away – you don’t need to update each event.
The Organizer Email #
The email address does two jobs, so it’s worth getting right:
- It’s where event notifications are sent – for example when someone unsubscribes from your waitlist, or order emails for the event.
- It’s displayed publicly on the event page next to the organizer name, with a Copy button so visitors can use it easily.
If an event has no organizer set, notifications go to your account email instead.
Duplicating and Deleting #
Duplicate makes a copy of the organizer and opens it for editing – useful when a new organizer shares most of another’s details. Delete removes the organizer. Events that were using it keep working, they just lose the organizer branding and their notifications fall back to your account email.
