Events
The Event Dashboard is the first page you see when you open the Dashboard – it lists all your events and is the jumping-off point for managing each one.
Each Event Row #
Every event shows, from left to right:
- Publish status – Publish, Pending or Expired, colour-coded. Click it to change the status – a popup lets you Publish an event, set it back to Pending, or Expire it early
- Event name – click to view the event page
- Tickets – how many tickets have been sold; click to go to the Attendees page, or hover to see a per-ticket-type breakdown of Sold and Available
- Waitlist – how many people are on the waiting list
- Action buttons – Edit, Mark cancelled (or Mark not cancelled), Duplicate and Delete
- Actions dropdown – quick links to View Orders, View Attendees, View Waitlist, Email Attendees and Checkin Attendees for that event
Underneath each event is its thumbnail, the start and end date/time, a second status, and the location. The second status tells you about ticket sales rather than publishing:
- Active – tickets on sale
- Full – sold out (shows Full (Waitlist ON) if a waitlist is enabled)
- Cancelled – you’ve marked it cancelled
- Paused – ticket sales are paused because your credit balance is negative
- (Hidden) – a hidden/fundraiser event that doesn’t appear in listings
A padlock icon means the event is password-protected. Rows are colour-coded too: red for cancelled events, and pale blue with a “Credit FREE event” badge for free events that don’t cost you credits.

Finding and Sorting Events #
Click the filter icon at the top right to open the filter bar:
- Keywords – search event names
- Order by – sort the list, eg by date or title
- Filter / Reset – apply or clear the filters
- Save – remembers your filter and sort choices so the list looks the same next time you visit
The Hide/Show Expired Events button next to it toggles whether past events appear in the list – handy once you have a lot of old events.
Adding an Event #
The + button at the top right takes you to the event editor to create a new event.
Events Shared With You #
If another organiser has added your email to their event’s Administrator Emails, their events appear at the top of your list under “Admin Events you have been given access to”, before your own events. You can view their orders and attendees, but you can’t edit or delete the event itself.
Cancelling, Duplicating and Deleting #
Mark cancelled flags the event as cancelled – the row turns red and the event shows Cancelled. Duplicate copies the event so you can run it again without starting from scratch. Delete removes it entirely.
