Event Attendees
The Event Attendees page lists every person registered for a single event, with one row per attendee. Where the Event Orders page shows one row per order, this page shows one row per person, so an order for several people will appear here as several rows.
To open it go to your Dashboard, hover the Actions button on the event and choose View Attendees. You can also get there by clicking the tickets sold figure shown on the event in your dashboard.
You must be the organiser of the event to see this page, though you can give other people access by listing them in the Administrator Emails option in your Event Settings. If your credit balance is negative, access to the page is restricted until you top up into positive credits.
At the top of the page is a link to the Orders page for the same event, and a dropdown that lets you switch the table to a different event. Expired events are hidden from the dropdown unless you tick Show Expired Events.

Summary Tables #
Under the event title the total sales figure for the event is shown, followed by a summary table that counts the attendees and totals the takings for each status: Processing, Completed, On-Hold, Cancelled, Deleted and Other.
The Ticket Details table below it breaks the same counts down by ticket type, and the Credits Used table shows the credits spent on this event. These tables include any transferred attendees.
The Attendees Table #
The main table lists every registration for the event. It is wider than the screen, so scroll it sideways to see all of the columns:
- Order ID – the order this attendee belongs to
- Reg ID – the attendee’s unique registration number, click it to edit their registration (see below)
- Attendee Status – the current status, click it to change it (see below). An asterisk means the registration has been manually modified
- Checkin – mark the attendee as arrived at the event
- Transfer – move the attendee to a different event (see below)
- Order Date – the date the order was placed
- Ticket – the ticket type the attendee holds
- Buyer Name and Buyer Email – the billing details of the person who paid
- Registration fields – one column for each question asked on your registration form, eg attendee name, dietary requirements. Click any of these cells to edit just that answer (see below)
- Price – the price paid for this ticket
- Note – the note the buyer added at checkout. Click it to edit the note
Rows are colour coded by status: completed registrations are green, processing are orange, on-hold are violet and cancelled are pink.

Working with the Table #
The buttons and tools above the table let you view and export the data in different ways:
- Search – type into the search box to filter the attendees, eg by a name or email address
- Sort – click a column heading to sort the table by that column, click again to reverse the order
- Column visibility – choose which columns are shown in the table
- CSV, Excel, PDF and Print – download or print the table. Only the columns currently visible are exported
- Show entries – choose how many attendees are shown per page (10, 20, 50, 100 or All)
There are also three filter buttons:
- Hide Cancelled – show only the active registrations (Processing, On-Hold and Completed)
- Show ALL – show every registration including cancelled ones
- Show Cancelled – show only cancelled, deleted, failed or refunded entries. You can choose between listing each attendee once or showing every entry
The table remembers your search, sort and column settings between visits.
Editing a Registration #
Click the Reg ID to open the Edit Registration popup. This shows the full registration form for that attendee, so you can change any of their answers, plus:
- The Ticket they hold – changing this adjusts the sold counts for both ticket types
- The Price paid
- The Buyer Name and Buyer Email on the order
A warning is shown at the top of the popup – only change this data if you know what you are doing, as you are editing the real registration record.

Editing a Single Answer #
To correct just one answer, click that cell in the table and a popup opens with just that field, presented the same way it appeared on the registration form (text box, dropdown, checkboxes etc). This is the quickest way to fix a typo in a name or a wrong menu choice.
Changing Attendee Status #
Click the Attendee Status to open the Change Attendee Status popup. It lists everyone in the same order with tick boxes, so you can change one person or several at once – use Select ALL to tick them all. Then choose the new status: Processing, On-Hold, Completed or Cancelled.
Setting an attendee to cancelled removes them from the attendee list, releases their ticket back for sale and adjusts the order value. Unlike cancelling a whole order on the Orders page, no cancellation email is sent. This is the option to use when only one person from a multi-person order needs to be removed.
Changing the attendee status does not change the order status itself – to do that, click the order status on the Orders page. Attendees on orders marked failed or refunded cannot be changed.
Transferring an Attendee #
Click Transfer to move an attendee to a different one of your events. Choose the new event from the dropdown and tick the box if you want Snappy to email the attendee to tell them they have been moved.
Transferred attendees are shown in pink on the table. To move them back, click Transfer again and choose Reset, which returns them to the original event.
Checking Attendees In #
Click Check in to mark an attendee as arrived – useful if you are checking people in from a laptop on the door. Click Undo Check in if you mark someone by mistake. For a busier door, the Checkin page under the Actions menu is quicker, as it works with the QR code on each order.
Column Analysis #
At the bottom of the page is a handy tool for analysing your registration answers. Pick any of your registration fields from the dropdown and the table below counts how many times each answer appears – ideal for meal choices, t-shirt sizes and so on.
If the field allows multiple answers (eg a list of checkboxes), choose the Comma Delimited option so each selected item is counted separately. Use the Copy Items button to copy the list of answers to paste into another document.
