Sometimes you may need to create an order for someone that is having trouble ordering themselves. Maybe your event accepts card payments only and they can’t do online payments, or they have already paid and you want to add them to the attendee list.
In this case you can create an order for them by filling out all the details as if you were them. However, as an admin to the site, you will see an extra payment gateway that your customers do not see, which is Cash on Arrival (admin use only).
Choose this option in the checkout and when complete an email will be sent to your buyer. You can ask them to either pay at the door or send you money via BACS. Once payment has been received you can then complete their order as normal.
